This Privacy Policy describes how InletCorner s.r.o. ("we", "us", "the archive") collects, uses, and stores personal data in connection with the operation of inletcorner.eu. We operate under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.

Server logs: Our hosting provider automatically logs HTTP requests including IP address, timestamp, requested resource, and browser user-agent string. These logs are retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

Cookies: We use a single session-level cookie (cookie_consent) stored in localStorage to record your response to the cookie consent banner. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies are set.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contact form data: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to respond to a pre-contractual enquiry or legitimate request.
• Server logs: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable web archive.

4. Data Retention

Contact form messages are retained for 12 months following the last correspondence and then permanently deleted. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. LocalStorage data remains in your browser until you clear browser storage.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability. 6. Third-Party Content

This site loads images hosted on Wikimedia Commons servers (upload.wikimedia.org). When your browser fetches these images, your IP address is transmitted to Wikimedia Foundation servers. The Wikimedia Foundation Privacy Policy applies to this transmission: foundation.wikimedia.org/wiki/Privacy_policy.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google's privacy policy applies to font delivery requests: policies.google.com/privacy.
